WHMCS Licensing Terms of Service
These terms govern all WHMCS license provisioning, domain locking, automated renewals, billing cycles, late fees, and service cancellations.
3 Days Early Renewal
Licenses must be renewed at least 3 days prior to expiration to maintain uninterrupted verification.
10% Late Fee
Invoices paid after the due expiration date incur an additional 10% late fee on the total invoice.
14-Day Auto Cancel
Unrenewed licenses are automatically cancelled 2 weeks post-expiry and require a new setup provision.
License Renewal and Expiration Policy
Each WHMCS license must be renewed before 3 days of its expiration date. Customers are responsible for tracking their renewal dates and maintaining sufficient account balance for automated renewals.
If a license reaches its expiration date without renewal, an additional 10% late charge is applied to the total invoice amount.
If a license is not renewed within 2 weeks after the expiration date, it is cancelled automatically. Cancelled licenses may be repurchased, but standard initial provision/setup fees will apply.
Domain Lock and Reassignment Guidelines
We enforce a strict domain locking policy. WHMCS licenses are tied specifically to the domain or subdomain registered during order verification to prevent unauthorized duplication and license theft.
If a license requires transfer (e.g. main domain to subdomain or vice versa), a manual administrator review is required along with a one-time $3 domain reassignment fee.
We reserve the right to decline domain transfer requests that fail security verification or show patterns of abusive rotation.
Orders, Pricing, and Review Process
Standard WHMCS license fees are $5 per month. A $5 provision fee applies during initial activation or when re-provisioning previously cancelled licenses.
All new orders undergo automated and manual review. An order may be placed on temporary hold or cancelled if domain verification fails or fraudulent payment activity is detected.
Acceptable Use and Account Responsibility
Account holders are responsible for securing their account credentials, API tokens, and WHMCS installation instances. Licenses may not be unauthorizedly resold or distributed outside platform terms.
Abuse, repeated chargebacks, or intentional submission of falsified details will lead to immediate account termination and permanent license revocation without refund.
